When the big day arrives, the Smart-Hands crew is on-site preparing for the all-clear to begin phase one. The disconnect occurs before the relocation team's arrival, ensuring that all the necessary equipment is appropriately managed and prepared for relocation. The relocation team collects all the tech and transports it to the new location.
Once the relocation team places all the items in their new workspace, the reconnect begins at the destination. The Smart-Hands crew then reconnects each workstation to the specifications outlined during the disconnect phase. After all the workspaces are reconnected, a quality control check of each workspace helps identify issues preventing the user from functioning. We address all issues that may have developed during a preliminary walk-through, and if resolvable, they will be completed and verified before the crew departs.
